RoCon was asked to expand retail floor space into their storage area. It was important to maintain the original design with the vertical siding stained to match existing. We were able to reuse salvaged boards which was pivotal to stay within the construction budget. The scope for this project included new walls with vertical wood siding, carpeting, acoustic ceiling, painting, staining and sealing, HVAC, and electrical power and lighting. We worked with local contractors and suppliers to accomplish this project all within a few months. The owners at Fin & Feather were helpful in decision making and making it possible for us to work in an occupied space during normal business hours.
